Popped by for a Sunday blow dry ahead of an glitzy event in the Royal Albert Hall. Thank you for making me feel so special and for the big bouncy hair. It lasted the whole evening and the next day!

I am a gender non-conforming person and booked a mens wash and cut. I have short hair requiring clippers and some cutting. I didn't want my hair to be blow dried but the stylist pushed me into it. However at the end of my visit I was charged for a women's cut and blow-dry which wasn't what I asked for. I felt judged and uncomfortable with the stylists whispering about me and what to charge infront of me. I would like to make it known that this is NOT a queer accepting business.
