The staff were friendly and very polite. they checked me in and offered a drink straight away. i didn't have to wait much at all. The lady who did my hair was very nice too, I told her what I wanted, and explained it very clearly on multiple occasions that I've been slowly trying to get rid of the color halfway through my hair, and wanted just a trim, straight cut. no more than 2 fingers off as it's a slow process to remove colour without cutting it very short. she washed my hair and gave me a nice massage, and sat me back on the chair, where I explained again to her how much I wanted off. I couldn't see much of what was going on, but she showed me the amount of hair she cut off and I was happy with that. This is where it started to go wrong. she started cutting and cutting, adding what looked liked layers and just wouldn't stop. She then tried to tell me that it was really hard to get rid of all the colour, and this is when I realized that she hadn't listened to me at all! She was trying to get rid of all the colour which would've taken months (if I wanted to keep the length), all in one sitting. My hair was halfway through my back on my bra strap, and now it's sitting on my shoulders. Just when I thought she was finished, she just kept on cutting! once done, She asked me if I thought it was too short, I only replied with 'yeah it's ok' as I just wanted to leave and cry!
She clearly cut my hair to the way she thought would look good and not to how I wanted it. My hair is now short and peaked which doesn't always suit curly hair. I will not be coming back.

I can't recommend this enough! Upon arrival, the stylist took the time to talk about options and what I had in mind and explained the effect of different colours/cuts vs. my skin tone. The work was superb and I feel very confident in returning!
