The service, wash, cut and blow dry were all excellent and under half the price of other salons. I would highly recommend Martina. She took time to understand what I wanted and took her time to give a great cut. I will definitely return.

I was very impressed with Kristina. She saved the day and rescued me from what was one of the worst hair dressing experiences of my life!
Firstly the male hairdresser was so scatty he was going to start my treatment on another client as he didn’t ask names and just assumed who his client was. He rushed through my assessment and didn’t listen to the fact I wanted highlights with 3 different colours to provide contrast, he mixed up one colour only. He didn’t interact with me at all during my assessment or hair colouring. Kristina made me a coffee and checked I was ok, I wasn’t even her client!
With the colour setting another client came in and the male hairdresser went to deal with her, leaving me sat waiting for him to finish with her. Kristina offered to do my wash and thankfully finish off the treatment. She actually spoke to me and gave the best shampoo and massage I have ever had. I will be back to see Kristina but I hope I never see the rude, inattentive male hairdresser again...he has a lot to learn about customer service!
