What a lovely warm welcome to Hairitage. Not only is the boutique pretty, the customer service is to match! Joana made what usually is a traumatic experience(waxing), very relaxing and professional, allowing me to be at ease. Her knowledge was up to scratch and the tips/aftercare given have worked wonders. In 2014 I had a bad bikini waxing experience and vowed not to wax again until I met Jo at Hairitage. I have never felt so at ease and decided to get my very first underarm wax. I never expected it to be so quick, painless and smooth. I still can’t get over how she removed ALL of my underarm hair. I highly recommend and have already rebooked. I will never get a wax anywhere else. Thank you so much Jo for calming me down and for an incredible experience A*****
I have visited Hairitage for both waxing treatments and to purchase hair products and it is always such a pleasant experience. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, which really helps with pre wax nerves (especially for intimate waxing!). They give honest advice and feedback regarding hair concerns, which is such a refreshing experience that women with curly/coily hair don't typically have. Basically I love this Boutique and would strongly recommend you visit! 10/10 service always!
