Chi was super nice and guided me and i could feel she knew what she was doing! Only had the color for few hours but i love the outcome of my treatment! Went from blonde to more darkblonde/brown. Very happy!

It’s still day 1 and I haven’t washed it. However, in terms of process and attention this was the most comprehensive treatment I’ve ever had!! And Chi is very nice and it’s excellent value for money.
