Few minutes are spent at the beginning to understand what you want. When you book your appointment it’s recommended to come with pictures of which hair cut you’d like to have which is quite useful. Chi has done a great job with my hair, she has a very good technic and knows how make a haircut fit to someone depending on the shape of its face. Thank you for time and your patience Chi. I really love my hair! :)
