It was quite a weird experience which started off with arriving to a completely closed salon. Thankfully i had the hairdressers number as she had texted me the day before asking for photos of what i wanted doing (nice if you're looking for something specific, but i prefer my hairdresser to be the expert). I was led into the basement of the salon, which was deathly silent with no music. This wasn't necessarily bad, just a little uncomfortable. The hairdresser was perfectly nice and did take time to look at my hair and its needs, including putting a treatment on. But, she then left me alone in the empty salon whilst she went out 'for 10mins or so'. I wasn't totally comfortable with this and did leave me unnerved. The actual haircut is ok. And she followed up with a text of the specific product she recommended i buy. An interestign experience, but not one i'd pay for again.
