This was my second time having Japanese straightening with Chiena. The result was once again fantastic - my hair is very straight and less damaged than usual. I've had Japanese straightening done at two other salons, and this one is the best.

Chiena was amazing. Really listened to what I wanted and my concerns. She talked to me about what she was going to do and products she would recommend. The entire vibe was very calm. My hair feels better than it has in ages. Will definitely be going back for my next cut.

Chiena was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and gave me advice as to what would suit me. She was very attentive and I was so pleased with my haircut! She also gave me some great advice on hair care which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend her and would book with her again!
