Finally found somewhere where I know for sure I will leave happy after getting my hair cut - absolutely worth a trip into Soho. Chi is lovely and knows exactly how to make hair look its best and really takes the time to listen to what you want and perfect your cut. The treatment leaves your hair ridiculously soft (do take something to read for the 20 minutes you'll be under the heat lamp!) whilst salon feels safe and clean. Tucked in the basement of Oliver Stephens, this is a hidden gem!

Chi was great, this was my 2nd keratin hair treatment with her. She is very thorough and the salon was quiet with covid health and safety in place, including an outdoor area for blow drys. Thanks!
