Staff are lovely and it was definitely value for money, however the salon is very scruffy. Bits of hair on the floor that just stay there after each appointment without being swept. My hair was dried with a very old bleach stained towel. The hairdryers they use are pretty old too. A bit of a strange experience.

They are very friendly staff, I love it. Though if you're looking for a really 'professional' experience, go to a fancy place . Good haircut. No frills.

Simply the best! I had been to Hairs and Graces once before and loved it so much I decided to go back. This time I ended up with a different hairdresser and didn't know ahead of time so I was really nervous in the beginning. Turned out there was nothing to worry about as Chelsea was amazing! So friendly and really understood what look I was going for. I'm from the States and this is seriously the best salon experience I have ever had. Thanks!

Simply amazing. This is the best salon experience I have had in a long time. The experience was very relaxing from the beginning. When we talked about what I wanted to do with my hair, it was a collaborative effort. I ended up with more than I could have wanted. I will definitely be going back.
