On arrival, I was given a very friendly welcome and a lovely cup of tea. Chelsea, who was doing the colour, cut and blow-dry took time to make sure the colour was correct and to discuss the length I wanted my hair to be - I didn't feel in any way rushed. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly chat and I was very please with both the colour and the finished style.
