I was at my wit's end looking for a hairdresser just as great as my previous one, who I had been visiting for many years. I was thinking that I would have to settle with anyone when I noticed Hairspot, a spanking new salon. I was greeted very warmly, and actively listened to, by Pavlina. I instantly felt good energy, got my former enthusiasm back, and said "I am in!". I have not looked back since. Pavlina is thorough, patient and genuinely nice. I am never uneasy and always come out > happy!
