I came in for a hair up a few weeks ago and wasn't really happy with the experience. I didn't take a proper look at my hair until after I got back home, and ended up having to take some of it out and redo parts of it myself. I think my hair must have been pretty damaged by the curling as well because of the burnt smell it had after I took it down, and which took a few washes to get rid of. I'm hoping I just had an unlucky experience with my particular stylist though, as I definitely saw other happy customers during my time in there. To be fair to the salon as well, I didn't speak with them to give them a chance to rectify, which I'm sure they would have been happy to do (although unfortunately it would have been too late to do anything for me, as I was already pushed for time getting to an event that night).

Nail looked nice after treatment but my cuticles were quite scabbed and sore

Brilliant service , cut and blow dry was amazing and defoes coming back again . Got talked through treatment and how it was being cut and what’s a good opportunity for my hair etc
