I can't say I'm thrilled with my hair to be honest. I showed a picture of what I wanted and its not what I now have. Don't get me wrong it's sort of ok now but it had to be fixed with more dye before it was dried. Too many thick bleach highlights at the top of my head which were left on a bit longer than I think they should have been as my hairdresser was between myself and another client and the bleach had my hair go pretty much white and the toner didn't take as good, (in my opinion) my head looked like a mint humbug before getting darker dye on it to take out the blonde highlights. Now, to be fair the hairdresser was keen to fix it and was professional about me not liking it. She was a nice enough lady pleasant and chatty enough which was good (nothing worse when it's awkward) but for the £90 i paid I feel like I need to be honest and say I wasn't pleased with the end result and it just wasn't what I'd hoped it would be.

Second time I have been back here. STaff very friendly. Cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Very happy with the results!
