Very disappointed by today's experience at this salon. I waited over an hour to be seen to - was told to come back after 45 mins which I did and wasn't even greeted with a hello as I walked back in. The hairdresser ignored me for a further 20 mins before I was taken to have my hair washed (with lukewarm water and I wasn't asked how the temperature was for me) I then explained to her that I wanted my hair blow dried straight but with maybe a slight wave to it (basically a boho blow dry) and that I didn't want a bouncy blow dry with curls on the end as I'm so over that style. She proceeded to give me a bouncy blow dry and I'm now at home staring at this frizzy mess that's a cross between Mel Gibson in the 80s and Grotbags. Never again.
