All staff very friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere. Price is very reasonable great value for money. I highly recommend getting your hair done here. I have cornrow with extensions also very speedy.

I rang up Thursday to make an appointment the following week, and was booked in the following day as they had a 10:30 cancellation. That was nice of Hairticians, but hadn't expected to wait 30 mins before being seen. I'd expected the previous hairdresser to colour and wash my hair, which was done better and could feel hair being wash properly rather than just the outside. The timeframe given for hair treatments are misleading, and you have to triple it when you make an appointment.

Hairdresser was lovely but BEWARE a wet haircut is just that: your hair will be sopping wet. I paid £30 for a wet haircut because I hate blow dries. I had assumed I would get a 2 min rough dry, however the haircut ended and I had wet hair. I could not answer whether I liked the length as it was so wet and I was told it would be shorter when dry. In the end, I asked to use the hair dryer myself, as I was walking and didn’t want to have cold, wet hair outside. I think £30 should cover a rough dry.

My hair didn’t relax and I have burns on my scalp and was charged the full amount.
