Original appointment was cancelled due to sickness of the stylist. There was only 1hour notice, but completely understand sickness. I re-booked for a few weeks time after struggling to find a date. I arrived at the venue and was told it hadn't been put in the diary and they didn't have time now, so had to drive home. Rearranged a third time, only to be cancelled again due to 'car issues'. No compensation offered for this, and now returning to university so unable to arrange for a 4th time!
I booked and pre-paid my appointment but when I got there, the salon was closed. I called them and left a voicemail but so far I haven't heard anything and haven't received a refund. My appointment was four days ago. This is incredibly unprofessional.
The place is very much 'no frills' but for such a cheap price I got a good haircut and they were friendly and listened well
They rearranged the appointment time on the day and then when I arrived had to wait about 25 mins past my appointment time without much explanation.
But on the whole I was happy
