I would definitely recommend Hairticians. Kay is always very professional and polite. Kay and her ladies are all very talented and always do an amazing job! Love my hair, will definitely be coming back
Afro Braids
Original appointment was cancelled due to sickness of the stylist. There was only 1hour notice, but completely understand sickness. I re-booked for a few weeks time after struggling to find a date. I arrived at the venue and was told it hadn't been put in the diary and they didn't have time now, so had to drive home. Rearranged a third time, only to be cancelled again due to 'car issues'. No compensation offered for this, and now returning to university so unable to arrange for a 4th time!
Ombre Hair
I booked and pre-paid my appointment but when I got there, the salon was closed. I called them and left a voicemail but so far I haven't heard anything and haven't received a refund. My appointment was four days ago. This is incredibly unprofessional.
