The assigned hairdresser couldn't attend. Waited a little while but grateful that another hairdresser came in to cover. She checked the booking and we discussed what I needed done. Caught off guard when AFTER the work was done, informed of new HIGHER PRICE. They said the price quoted on platform is 'from'. Really surprised as the work was done before the scheduled time (booked time). There was no hint of difficulty in getting the work done.Wish the new price had been stated when the work began.
Afro Braids
I didn't have a afro cut, just a normal trim. Lucy did a good job but I was surprised that it cost twice as much as my Trim in November last year. Wow
