A good haircut from Kim who was lovely and friendly. Pleased with how it looks and at a fantastic price.
Concerning lack of covid precautions though. Both hairdressers and all 3 other customers were not wearing masks, and no effort was made to ensure anyone sanitised hands

It was chaotic, hair everywhere, towels were not in the good condition, no covid regulations. Charged more than treatwell was stating.

Lovely hair stylists but clearly over booked - took hours longer than expected and my hair was much highter than I asked for . Also extremely noisy radio playing which made the experience worse
Ladies' Root Colouring
I went first thing on a Tuesday morning, so it was quiet. It was covid secure, apart from the door and windows being shut, with hand gel and masks available, The stylist, Sara, wore a face mask too. Sara was welcoming and listened well to me, doing exactly as I had asked. She was efficient, friendly and just got on with it. She gave me a useful tip too. I also liked the straw brush she used, it was really soft. There was no issue with the Treatwell price offer when I came to pay either.
