They asked to me in earlier, and then I arrived and had to wait an hour later then my appointment.

Pleasant setting with friendly staff. Informed owner of why review is as is. Didn’t meet my expectations for the actual haircut in that it was cut much shorter than agreed but I should have been brave enough to confront the hairdresser at the time. Other haircuts (particularly braiding) were observed and the results were great.
