They rushed the whole process of choosing what colours to do and said they knew what they were doing, and I ended up with stripy highlights completely different to the natural look I wanted. She was then very slow with putting the colour in which caused other problems with washing bleach out.
Hair Colouring
Stylists haven't a clue about mixed curly hair, tried to comb through week old, dry curls with a very narrow tooth comb then had the audacity to tell me my hair was in bad condition because it was breaking so easily. (curly hair can't shed as you dont brush curls / curls will break if you drag a narrow tooth comb through them dry with product build up).
Stylist decided she will TRIM my dry, unwashed, undetangled curls first. I've never known a stylist to try and cut when curly as it is very difficult. After about 3 minutes she decides it isn't going to work and washes my hair, then tries to cut it with conditioner on... to no avail, obviously.
I then have my steam treatment which was fine. Another stylist takes over and completes my trim with wet curls, asks me how I want it finished at which point I just wanted to get out of there so I said I'd let it air dry curly. She then rubs a cotton towel all over my curls to absorb moisture (big NO for curly hair) and asks if I want it blasted with the hair dryer?? Another no. Paid the extra £12 on top of the £28 I'd already paid.
Have got home and straightened my hair so I can see the trim and my hair is absolutely butchered. I literally have a line at the back of my head where it was nicely layered 6 weeks prior, its uneven and it looks like I've got a mullet. Tears and anger here. Do not recommend.
