Turned up to salon and sign on the door said closed. Lady came to door I said I had an appointment and after looking me up and down with a look like I shouldn't be there she said go in. A client was already in the chair and stylist clearly had no idea I had booked. After 20 mins of feeling totally out of place and the stylist looking like she was in no rush to finish, or apologise I made up an excuse and left. Never got my hair done and will never go back.
