I came to my appointment on time but I had to wait 45 minutes for a trim then another 40 minutes until I had my hair braided. What is the point of making an appointment and being on time to then have to wait a ridiculous about of time to be treated. I will not be going back to this hair dressers and I will discourage others from going as well if asked.
