After paying for a full head of highlights I received a patchy 28 foils that were one inch shy of the roots.
The staff kept going off to chat about the hair and when my stylist wanted to put extra foils in parts she was told ‘it’s blonde enough’.
To correct my hair I was ‘told’ to pick a toner, but when you miss chunks of hair and you don’t foil in a uniform pattern your going to be left with blocks of errors/dark.
On leaving they tried to charge me extra. It wasn’t worth the £134.
