Fiona was lovely, took time to explain to my daughter (who wasn't willing to cut her very long hair as much as it needed) the benefits of trimming the ends. Fiona was very friendly and my daughter (and I) left happy with the result.

Two words to describe the experience is quick and good. My kid doesn't like haircuts but he is always happy to get a haircut by Fiona as she not only listens to the parent but also the kid. My kid didn't want a short haircut and that is what he got from her and as a parent it was not too long either. My kid loves to get lollies at the end of haircut and enjoys peppa pig while getting a haircut on this car/chair. The venue is very child friendly.

Always very good with children’s haircut in terms of patience if they’re upset, but also the cut always turns out really good too!
