Experience was really poor, no welcome, no good bye. Felt extremely rushed, lacked people skills and get to know my 2 year old who wasn’t comfortable hence his crying. Lacked people skills and empathy. Didn’t understand why we had walked into loud prayer playing in the background on speakers. Wasn’t sure if I walked into a hair dressers or place of worship. Lady that cut my son’s hair didn’t introduce herself, cut my son’s hair quite quickly and looks rubbish. Don’t bring kids here. Never!

We were late by 5-7mins for the appointment for my daughters haircut, Fiona was kind to wait but the communication could have been in a polite manner when I asked if we could trim a certain length of hair and then check if it needs more trimming. Fiona said she cannot do 2 haircuts as we were already late which felt a bit rude. Otherwise, the hair cut was precisely done and my daughter was happy.
