the stylist seemed a bit annoyed when my girls asked to have a little more cut off, which made the experience less comfortable. Clear communication and a friendlier attitude would make the visit much better

The stylist was lovely and did a nice job with my girls’ haircuts. However, I had booked a dry cut for £35, but when it came to pay, I was charged £45 as it was considered a restyle. This wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking or before cutting
