The most traumatic blow dry I've ever had. An INSANELY rough dry, with the highest temperature against my roots, so hot my ears turned bright red. Followed by VERY roughly brushing my hair which was painful and broke off clumps into the brush. She was then in such a rush she started with no product at all,but then finished with a comical amount of hairspray that ruined the final look. My scalp was burnt multiple times by the wand. It was all so rough and unpleasant it left me quite upset.

I've showed pic of what I wanted but was told cannot be done as my hair is thin. But I've explained I needed layers back and front and was only in the front as I always do. Thr lady told me yes but actually layers are just in the front. I could not see there was no much layers at the back and I'm very disappointed that my hair has no style and have to let grow.
I've emailed back to the salon but haven't heard back.
The salon was nice and clean but disappointed with my haircute xperience.
