Hair salon was ok but didn't quite live up to expectations.
The hairdressers were nice enough but I didn't think they were welcoming. Fiona came up to my daughter and I and without any friendly intro and asked'what do you want to have done today?' I didn't think there was any effort in making my 9 year old feel comfortable. Also, maybe I wasn't being clear in my instructions about a fringe, Fiona was like 'I dont understand what you want.'
Not sure if I would go back again to be hohonest.

I brought my daughter here for her first haircut. Sohila was really welcoming and friendly. My daughter was a bit nervous but Sohila was reassuring and let my daughter choose something to watch. The car and TV set up is perfect for a little one’s haircut. Her haircut looks great. Will definitely be back soon!

I arrived to findthat I was not getting my haircut by Fiona but by someone else temporary. Then I was told I had to pay an extra £5 to get a curly blow dry! Not great.... the person who cut my hair was greatbut didn'toverly follow my instructions, which is why I selected Fiona in the first place. Needless to say I wont be going back
