For a children's hairdressers, I wasn't overwhelmed by the level of engagement and patience of their stylist (sorry!) - my nine year old said she felt like she may as well have not been there as the conversation was non-existent and my three year old was told repeatedly to 'keep your head STRAIGHT' which was fairly ineffective because, well, he's three. Perhaps just having a bad day, but I don't think we'll be back.

Arrived, no one greeted me. Not great as a new customer to a new place! Just took a seat and waited, was running late, no apologies. Daughters hair was yanked quite a bit due to knots, hair dresser not friendly at all compared to the other lady cutting a younger child’s hair!
No lollipop, couldn’t wait to get out of there to be honest. Felt awkward. I usually go to Reigate to a kids hairdresser I pay a bit more but rather pay more and get the service!

Kept my son nice calm whilst cutting his hair. No tears, he liked his haircut as well.
