I really wanted to have a positive experience here, as the stylist was genuinely welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the end result of my appointment was very disappointing. I booked a half head highlights with toner, asking specifically for a brighter blonde. Instead, I left with an ashy grey tone that looked dull and nothing like what I had requested. The colour was also poorly blended, leaving visible patches around my hairline. I did express my disappointment and no fix was offered
