This was a very poor experience. I was kept waiting for half an hour before the treatment started. They are clearly under-staffed! I only needed a rough dry but almost wet hair I was told that they could give me the drier if I wanted by hair dried further! This was shocking, I had paid for this treatment, I wanted to dry my hair myself I could do it at home! The colour job was pretty poor too, left with the colour on my forehead as the staff weren't attentive and couldn't get it off! Never going back!
