I had a great experience at Hairways for my second visit. Lekita is so lovely and amazing at what she does. I loved my hair when I came out and will definitely continue to go there to have my hair done (even though I live in Croydon!).

Definitely not a 'salon' experience - no kitchen facilities so not able to even provide you with a glass of water. I arrived on time to my appointment but had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. Staff were nice and the haircut was good enough. Good value as I had £10 off (£27), definitely not worth paying full price for.

Colourist did not understand what I wanted so unhappy with the colour overall. Also, a heated argument broke out between two staff members while I was there.

The staff were lovely and was so happy with my haircut, couldn't recommend this place enough. Great value for money and pure quality of service!
