I booked a balayage and left with highlights. The toner was wrong, and was corrected but wrong again. The blowdry lasted for a few hours. Last but not least, everyone else was there with some very cheap voucher, so I paid twice as much. Never again.

Really great service - as always. Mary is meticulous at keeping records of what she has done to my hair in the past, and I can always rely on her both to deliver a great cut/highlights and to advise on possible changes. The team at the salon is friendly and professional and it always feels welcoming. Would never want to go anywhere else.
