At first it was disappointing that they didn't get my appointment correct and I had to wait for another stylist. Mary was initially nice, but I could see was getting frustrated with the whole process. Would be nice if she understood the customers needs, rather than showing her frustration. However, the stylist I had Lea, she was an absolute doll. She made me feel super comfortable, and she did my hair amazing! from start to finish. Would recommended if you don't mind travelling to Putney, but make sure you call up if you book online. Just to confirm your times. Other than that, it was a pleasent experience, and I would go back again.

Really good results with a nice warm colour as I asked! Really good cut with a discussion before hand on how much to cut. The hairdresser cut exactly how much we agreed on and then gave a lovely blow dry! Thanks
