Hair cut and colour by Shannon, she listened to what I said about knowing my own hair and how I handle it at home, it has been on my head a long time after all!. Some hairdressers think they know your hair better than you do, Suggestions are one thing, but they really need to listen to the client. Shannon did what I asked for. I will return
They were very welcoming on arrival, but my 'consultation' was done while still cutting someone else's hair, then while I was having my hair washed I got half my face washed too, and conditioner put on my scalp which made it really flat. The lady cutting my hair talked to me the whole time without really concentrating on what she was doing. This then meant that by the end of the haircut one side was an inch longer than the other, to which she said 'yes but you'll probably tuck one side behind your ear no?' = Not really the point! I asked her to make sure both sides were level so she just chopped an inch off the other side but it now has a big step in it. Not happy at all but I had paid before I went.

Brilliant place and lovely staff. Thank you to Scarlet for cutting my hair short this weekend, it's exactly what I wanted and you've done an incredible job with layering and fixing my flat too-long fringe :) would 100% recommend and I will be back again. Excellent value for money too.

The blow dry was excellent. The haircut wasn't exactly what I asked for, which wasn't very pleasant, however it was nice.
