My hair feels and looks amazing. Slightly disorganised when I got there but they got the really important parts right. My hairdresser was so lovely. Thank you :)
Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience on my visit, I had picked this one because I am new to the area and the reviews seemed quite good. However my experience there - though there was nothing terrible it just wasn't up to standard and I certainly didn't come away feeling relaxed and pampered as I have become used to. The reception on arrival was brusque, when really it takes nothing to welcome someone into the salon. I was sat to have my hair washed without having a consultation first, in fact I was hardly spoken to the whole time I was there (and don't get me wrong I'm not someone who likes to chat in the hairdressers - I just would like to feel they want to understand my requirements and show some interest in my hair...)
The cut itself was actually fine, but the manner it was done was quite rushed. Maybe I have been spoilt in the past but I'm used to having a gentle wash with lovely smelling products, bit of a head massage and being made to feel a bit special. The blow dry here was quite rough and no products were used at all.
The end result was actually fine, but for the experience as a whole I have rated it down. I think I will try another salon next time.

Great head massage, great cut, fab blowdry and overall a very nice, well priced salon in Putney,
I had a nice, relaxing afternoon getting a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry. Mary did my highlights and was very friendly and good on advising me what would work best for me, while still listening to what I wanted. Pierre washed and cut my hair with lots of care and attention, exactly how I asked. It looks and feels lovely!
