The waxing was uneven and absolutely not done as it should be. I had to lie on bed towels, having no clue who lied there before me or if they were clean. Absolutely not okay.

I booked one day in advance and arrived for my blow dry at the scheduled time and had pre paid for the service. The barber at the front desk was quiet, difficult to understand, and said no one was there to do my hair and wouldn’t be for at least 30 more minutes, if he could get ahold of anyone. I showed him my appointment confirmation and he shrugged his shoulders. I explained I had an event and now had to hurry home to do my hair myself and he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.
