The therapist was clearly overbooked and squeezed me in for a 1hr luxury manicure in between 3 other clients and had to keep disappearing to see to them. She cut my appointment short by 15 minutes and only put cream on my hands, put them in to hot mits and then painted my nails. Not a nail file in sight. I asked if she was going to file the edges and tidy up the cuticles but she said no because I was getting married in 4 weeks and she would leave them long for the next therapist. If she had asked she would have found out that I wanted them filed and tidied so they didn't break between now and the wedding. I do not believe that a LUXURY manicure would not include a file and tidy up. She also charged me an additional £2 for booking through Treatwell which she mentioned she was charged but not that she was going to charge it on to me. I wish she had turned down my appointment so I wouldn't have had to pay for a second manicure the next day elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Lovely place and lady running the salon. Slightly disappointed with the waxing as when I got home I noticed a few areas had been missed.

Lovely set up, my first visit but certainly wont be my last. Friendly staff and very helpful, plenty of advice of ways I can improve my health and skin. Looking forward to booking my next treatment already
