I have been receiving treatments from Joanne at Halcyon since she opened her first Hythe Salon in 2007. In my opinion she is unrivalled in her ability to get every aspect of a treatment "just right". She is professional, and with her artistic flare, creates a truly calm and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. A gifted therapist whom I cannot recommend highly enough.
Today I had the most wonderful facial.
I was greeted and made to feel welcome.
I was shown to a beautiful room were I was left to get my self ready for my treatment.
The room had a wonderful ambiance to it.
Jo came back made me feel perfectly at ease and began my treatment it was truly the best facial I have ever had.
I look forward to returning and enjoying the same experience again.

Joanne is a very kind and caring person who has a very professional knowledge of her treatments and the products that she sells. She is constantly upgrading this knowledge with courses and exams.Having tried other beauticians she is my first choice and I would recommend her without reservation.
It was my first visit to Halcyon days, and would just like to say I will be going back. I was made to feel very welcome the moment I walked in,the premises were tastefully decorated and very clean.My treatment was a special offer where you could pick from a selection of treatments I chose a mini facial with a manicure to follow,even though the facial was only a mini one Hannah who was doing it was very thorough and my skin felt clean and glowing afterwards, and what I really liked was there was polite conversation but when it came down to the actual treatment there was no talking which personally I prefer because I want to relax,but some places I have been to feel the need to make conversation during treatments which I find a little irritating. my manicure was also very good and my Vegas Pink nails look wonderful....I would definitely recommend people to go and get pampered....
