Nice experience but went into book facial advised I had a Treatwell voucher from my son for birthday and need appointment which I booked. After the facial it was advised I should have booked on line and couldn’t actually use the voucher for that visit so had to pay and rebook another facial so it spoilt what I thought was going to be a treat.
Beauty therapist was just lovely. She listened carefully to what I wanted for my nails and gave me great advice about taking care of my nails. It was such a relaxed environment to enjoy a manicure in and I'm really pleased with how my nails look. :)
