I would leave 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment and did Not even get the service. Waited for 45 mins. They do not even look at Treatwell bookings. Would not even give me a refund. Got a call from a “manager” who wasn’t even present after I gave up and left claiming we don’t do online haircuts on Treatwell and we don’t give refunds. Claimed I was “yelling” at his staff when there were 3 angry customers in front of me with a similar problem. Literally the worst place ever.
