My hair was not washed thoroughly - and not conditioned either! The lady was yanking at my hair because she couldn’t get through it with the comb. I had to ask her to give me a break at one point! The owner of the salon called me about 5 hours later to complain that I purchased the service for medium hair rather than long, when my hair is in fact medium length. He proceeded to tell me that it’s bad for business, although it’s just a £2 difference. Needless to say - I’ll never return. POOR!
