booked 2hr, 1hr therapeutic + 1hr Indian head massage, start 30min late, on bed at 11:40, 12:20 had customer in 10mins, credit offer 2nd visit, exits room, returns, customer cancelled, extra 20 mins, still 40 mins lost - 10min Indian head massage btw

Very welcoming from the beginning to the end, informed me of the process and treatment in detail. Bilgen made me feel very comfortable which made the whole process a lot easier, she was very understanding and friendly. I have already booked in my next sessions.
