The salon was ok, customer service and handling was good, the product thought was fine as everyone having different skin concern and type that can suit their own skin. I used their facial services which probably ok, but I think they need to do more pressure for it as facial need having massage too to keep our face supple and healthy skins. Overall it was good experienced even tho they need to manage their booking skill to avoid double book.
I've been to this salon several times now, I always get a good service, everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I've never had any complaints about the results, and much better than anywhere else I have been to since moving to Thurrock.

There's nothing bad I can say. The staff were super friendly and helpful and there was no hanging around or delays of any kind. Would definitely recommend to others. A little jewel where you wouldn't expect one!
Great massage, really welcoming and no waiting time. Given plenty of time and water afterwards. Would definitely recommend a visit.
