Arrived on a Saturday morning for my early blow dry appointment, only to be told the guy hadn't turned up for work. No apology or follow up call to find out what happened. Very disappointing.

The haircut itself was great, only downside was being upsold product which made what was supposedly a cheap cut almost double the price without knowing this would be the case. Disappointed that this was not explained (felt as though the product was intended as a gift/discounted to “try out”) and as such made the experience slightly flawed as had we known it would be almost the same price as the hair cut we wouldn’t have bothered accepting it.

I had a blow-dry and was really satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the hairdresser.
