I was made to feel really welcome and it was nice and cool in the salon (a great relief from the heat outside!). I don't overly love going to a salon due to social anxiety but it was an enjoyable experience and my hair looks great!!

Love the relaxedness and welcoming of Halo. Jess looked after me, giving a perfect balance of relaxing and working out tension massage with a reassuring presence, knowledgable and was mindful throughout. Had the new microdermabrasion facial that was great then finished with an expert face and head massage, lovely pace. Left completely relaxed!
