I was greeted by name which was very lovely. A friendly reception. Tiffany did my hair. She was ready when I arrived and friendly. She was very easy to chat to. My hair cut was good. The music played had lots of swear words in it which I didn't like. The manager was with another customer and seemed grumpy. So the atmosphere wasn't great.
