Booked a 9:55am wash, cut and blow. Didn’t leave the salon until almost midday. The salon was disorganised and I had multiple people working on my hair due to overbooking. Experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming and there was little acknowledgement of the poor service or delay. The blowdry was lovely, but ended up being a stressful experience throughout. Was never offered a drink for the time I was also sat there waiting as other clients came and went. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
