Had a great cut and lovely conditioning treatment that made my hair soft and shiny. My hair felt that light l literally floated out of the salon! Highly recommend Steph. Will definitely be booking again :)

Had a great first experience at Halo. The hairdresser was lovely and they even fit me in for an eyebrow wax even though I didn’t have an appointment for that. I will be going back! :)

Been to this salon few months ago and was quite satisfied with the service hence I went back again for a trim.. not too impressed this time. I arrived at the salon 5 mins before my appointment.. waited there for over 20 mins, the hairdresser, Jacqui was chatting with another customer even though my appointment was way overdue and I was sitting there waiting. When I was there, ther was only 1 customer, 2 of the staffs were busy chatting. half an hour later, there was quite a few customers and they were offered tea/coffee but no one offered me even though I was there when it was less busy. Overall experience was awkward. Not impressed with my fringe either, I had to go home and fix it. The lady who cut my hair on my first visit was miles better than Jacqui which I believe was the boss of the salon.
