I felt a bit awkward being in there, as the football was on the place wasn't very busy, but the staff just sat on the stairs the whole time. There was another lady in at the same time, she was offered tea and coffee but I wasn't offered anything. I think as it wasn't busy, I expected a lot more from the staff, the whole experience was a bit odd to be honest. However, my hair looks great but the overall experience wasn't great.
