They make you feel welcome and they don't do the treatment if you don't need it. Which is what I appreciated, not a rip off unlike the others that will tell you to have such treatments you don't really need. Thank you for the nice experience and a nice haircut. I will surely come back again.

My hair was washed by the lovely Xenia which felt marvellous. Sonia listened carefully to what I wanted and we kept chatting about what she was doing which meant I was relaxed and trusted her. Very satisfied with the result.
