Came to the salon after not having my hair cut at a salon for 9 years. Openly mentioned I was anxious about the experience. Waited 1 hour 10 mins to get my hair washed. The stylist was not the person who washed my hair as she had not finished last client’s hair. No offer of a brew and not much conversation. Quiet environment. Hair was not blow dried and styled as I had booked for. Had to come back to get blow dried. An apology but no offer of refund or chance to show better service in future.

Great dry haircut from Sonia. An absolute professional. Makes you feel very welcome. Sonia did my original wash cut and blow which was superb. Just needed a tidy up
